Can't say much about the place as I didn't get to go inside. But from the outside, you can tell this tourist Fort has been abandoned for care and left or the mercy of the elements. With the sea close by and fairly strong winds, not sure how much longer the structure will hold for.

The air around this area is breathable and I like the quietness of the place. Nature is simply beautiful.

Maame Fosua

The tour guard is awesome and is really learned

Who will believe it was located inland earlier, not at the beach presently. Rich in German and slave trade history, not as big as other forts, hardly renovated. Inspite of the groynes erosion has washed about half of it away. A whales spine and bones are kept there .

The fort is falling apart, and poses a safety hazard. The environment around the fort is very nice though.
